DateWealthyWomen is a site that offers wealthy women the opportunity to meet men who are looking to date generous women who can look after them. We enjoyed using the site – it is a good-looking site and provides an unintimidating online dating experience. You start off by creating your own profile, which is viewed in a different window. The layout is tidy and editing your profile is a simple process that allows you to create a fully customized profile with ease. 

Profiles contain five additional tabs as well as sign up information: Basic Information, Physical Appearance, Lifestyle, Professional Life and Interests. Basic information includes star sign, relationship status, faith and languages, which is a perhaps a small and peculiar set of indicators! The remainder of the profile tabs have information that really gets to the important facts about a person and has some interesting questions, often asked with a twist. Overall, there's a good range of questions to get to know people well enough to decide if you want to get in contact.

If you upgrade your membership, you can look out for events you might want to attend and get chatting in the site’s forum. As we were checking out the main menu, things suddenly took a step up with some extra profile Plug-ins. These include sexual preferences,  sexual interests, fantasies and even sexual accessories.

The final one is Physical Stuff, which returns to standard questioning about What's your best feature?, Do you exercise?, and What do you think about tattoos? We liked the fact that these sections are Plug-ins. Of course when you're looking for a playmate these questions can be important but, for those who don't want sexually related questions included in their profile and aren't ready to be this intimate online, it's great to have the choice as to whether you include this information.

Search results are a little cluttered on the page and we retrieved quite a number who hadn't been active recently. If you choose to look at someone's whole profile it opens in a new window, which can get a little tiresome as you search through users and check them out. Profiles have a rating system and, when others users have completed this, it can be useful, but we'd prefer to see more profiles with full details rather than only the basics (which seemed to be a bit of a generalized problem at this site). 

DateWealthyWomen.com seems to give its all: it has loads of features and looks good, but there's a definitely a little something missing. The site doesn’t seem as active as others we have reviewed in this category (much of the site’s recent news dates from 2005 and 2006 for example) and the site’s layout is certainly a little confusing at times. However, the site only charges a minimal fee of $40 a year for gold membership or just $10 a year for silver membership (to keep spammers away) if you do join as a premium member, so it's worth trialing the site and then paying monthly if you want to continue with it.
