Wealthy Romance is actually powered by Millionaire Match, our No . 1 choice in this category. As such, the site has all the same great features as Millionaire Match and the same databse of members, however WealthyRomance.com is not nearly as popular as MillionaireMatch.

It's incredibly straightforward to join WealthyRomance.com. We found the process easy and swift. The main banner image for the site is slightly risque, but in a playful, flirty way. It gives a fruity, but innocent feel to the site and might be more encouraging to people who are looking for a bit of fun.

Our profile has lots of interesting questions for us to answer about appearance, attributes, habits and interests. The format is thorough and tells you a lot about a person.

Search results are OK - the design is a little messy, but the photos are a decent enough size and you're told the age, gender and location of the person.

Profiles of other members look exactly the same as your own. We wonder if the plain design and list of questions could become tiresome after a while and the site might need to mix the page up a bit to add a bit of space and allow for more personalization of profile pages.

We had a look in the forums and these were really busy with posts right up to the day we looked. This is really encouraging and there must be a large number of members actively using this site, which significantly improves your chances of finding a date.

We had a look at the top forum: Message Board and found some posts under General messages and comments about the site. We found mostly introductions and chit-chat, but did find some serious posts, which unfortunately were not positive:

"I started visiting the site a while back and really didn't log in very often. Decided last week that I should join and became a gold member. When reading, gold member was to give you priority listing. Tried to be thorough in my profile and answering questions, also verified my age and photos. Well did a search to see where I appeared and was amazed that i appeared on the 32nd page of a search 43 to 43, but even more amazing was that non paying members were posted way ahead of me. Tried asking support why but really am not getting a straight answer."

We also found a number of posts regarding the deletion or censorship of posts. However, to be fair to the site owners we did find a lot of negativity and mildly offensive banter going on between users. Also, many of the threads in the forum were from the same users, so we can't judge all WealthyRomance members on these select few.

We had a look at the blogs for some balance and checked out the one with most responses, which was called" To settle or not to settle". This prompted a good, mature discussion with users offering other users advice and continuing the debate. There are a lot of people posting anonymously though, which is a shame as this shuts down your chances of seeing someone you like in the blog area.

If you're wanting to play the numbers game then we think this site could be good for you. It seems to be lively and chatty with plenty of active members. Unfortunately, they're vague about the costs of upgrading to gold membership which you will need to do to interact with other members, so we advise you ask for clarification before considering paying up.

Our advice is this: if Wealthy Romance takes your interest, just cut out the middle man and join the parent site MillionaireMatch.com instead!
