Where to start....
SD4ME 'customer service' will undoubtedly respond to this post with a generic "We're sorry you had a bad experience, and we welcome you to email our customer service as we are really responsive, but, oh, boy, we have thousands of happy customers and they love us!"
No, you really don't.
The super-duper majority of 'customers' are inactive accounts. The new 'customers' stay for a couple of weeks, if even that, and they're no longer logging in to check messages or the site. I will admit that there are some long-term users, but they're using the same photos from years ago - all the while changing their age every year to remain the same magical number! - and no profile updates. The 'thousands' that are claimed as 'happy' are those whose accounts are inactive and SD4ME received *no complaints from them*. Therefore, the logic is, "No complaints = happy customer."
I complained to SD4ME *numerous* times. I used: the online form -- the email address -- the phone number. Not a single response to any of my repeated complaints about scammers and billing my credit card when I said don't do that anymore (more on this later!) Never a single response. Nothing. Oh, but if I post something on my profile that indicates the slightest displeasure with SD4ME, my profile is suspended and I have to make nice-nice to get it working again.
SD4ME will bill your credit card after you tell them not to. Even if you email them. Even if you call them. *They* *will* *do* *this* *every* *month* and you cannot stop them unless you CANCEL the credit card. They figure, "Go ahead and try to sue us; you'll be too embarrassed to admit in a court of law that you're on a Sugar Daddy website." Therefore, they don't respond to repeated demands to not bill the credit card. It's called "fraud" and right now two Attorney General's office are investigating SD4ME for fraud.
Interestingly enough, you cannot send/receive emails unless you are a paid member. Or, alternatively, you can read/respond to emails from a member who is paid and has a "Total Access" account. That's it. Either you pay and have Total Access or you get an email from someone who has that. But, wait, that's not true! Did you know that non-paying members can send you email? How is that possible?
It's not. It's a SCAM that is run by SD4ME.
How else can non-paid accounts send email? SD4ME won't respond to this repeated inquiry except to say, "You can't" -- despite me getting 3 to 4 emails per week from spam accounts.....in other countries.....guess if SD4ME says it's not possible, we should believe them and assume SD4ME has been hacked and it's an insecure unsafe site. I wouldn't trust them with anything if they say one thing but the facts clearly state the opposite.
(In case you can't figure out why this happens, the fake emails that are sent by SD4ME can't be read by you unless you pay money to read them. When you do pay, you see the email is a generic composition that doesn't even address your profile. What's even more amazing is that the fake profiles used by SD4ME who email me -- all without the paid account! -- NEVER view my profile....they just send me an email randomly.....without looking at my profile....how? Why? Oh, right, they're fake! Doesn't matter what I'm looking for. Fake emails from fake profiles, SD4ME figures I'll pony up cash to read the fake crap. Nope.)
SD4ME doesn't care about fake profiles, scammers, rinsers or anything else except getting your money. They want your money, and if you email/call them asking, "How can I give you more money?" they'll bust their asses to respond to you immediately. If it's anything else, from a complaint to a concern, you'll be ignored. SD4ME are like the rinsers: They just want your money, and everything else is ignored. It's a scam site with numerous fake profiles/scammers/hucksters/rinsers and maybe 5% overall are legit. Don't waste your time and don't waste your money. Craigslist is free and no less/no more trashy.
Finally, SD4ME 'customer service' might think I'm butthurt over the continually abysmal experiences had at their 'site.' Nope. I have other sites I visit that are far classier and customer service actually exists and stomps on the fake profiles. SD4ME can keep the bottom-of-the-barrel reputation it has richly earned and its so-called 'customer service' reps can bottom-feed as they continue to do.
In summary, I would not recommend Sugar Daddy For Me to a friend.
